You can hand wash the buffing rope section in warm water with a little dish soap. Rinse thoroughly. Hang dry.
Can I use my Modifiable Bore Cleaning Kit for my handgun?
Short answer, Yes. As long as it is the same caliber as your handgun. However you will likely have to remove the barrel first as the brush is typically longer than the ejection port in most handguns. So if you disassemble your handguns for cleaning, the Modifiable Bore Cleaning kit will work just fine for you.
